printing NC State forms looks strange

Ready to print NC D-400, D-400 S, and D-400 PN, but they don't look like the official state forms.  I called NC-DOR and they said it must look like their form and they said to contact TurboTax. It appears to have the line numbers and amounts in a Courier font, but on a mostly blank background.  I plan to mail the return.  Are these forms OK to send or do the forms need to be updated in the TT program?  Thanks.

Not sure what you are talking about...but below is an example of a first page that has looked the same for several years now.  (I stopped looking back to 2010).  SO if that is what you see...it's fine.

It is a special computer-scannable format that NC has used for a long time.  Page 2 has the same information in a format you may recognize better.....just in case something on the first page gets smudged or is unreadable for some reason.

Yes, if you were filling it out by hand on their paper forms, they wouldn't look like this....but the computer scannable format doesn't require much manual processing....so that's what they really prefer

(I've deleted a bunch of stuff...but it was all a phony person & information anyhow)

@SteamTrain  Thanks!  That's exactly how it looks.  I thought it might be correct, but I also thought it might be a TT glich especially when the agent at NC-DOR said it had to look like their printed form.  It took almost an hour of waiting for an agent just to be told a wrong answer.  Thanks again.
