NY PFL in Box 14 Triggering Paper Return

This year, as in all previous years, NY took out PFL taxes and put it in box 14 on my W2.

Have always e-filed in past, but now it is saying TT cannot file electronically because this has tripped an error saying basically Public Employee Retirement Contributions have to be categorized as taxable or non-taxable...even though this is not a PERC...

Any idea how to fix this to make it go through efile? Seems a TT issue?

Go back and review your w-2 entries. For your Box 14 items, make sure the category is Other (not classified) in TurboTax. Resubmit your return after updating your box 14 categories.
