I WANT TO FIND THE PRINCIPAL BUSSINESS CODE FROM MY PAYER, CLIPBOARD HEALTH. ACTUALLY I AM FILLING 1099-NEC FORM, NONEMPLOYEE COMPENSATION

My husband is a retired clergy person, receiving investment income and Social Security. Should we file as self employed so we can have housing allowance deducted?

Does the "Big Beautiful Bill" change what qualifies as a business expense for self-employed folks?

Will the "Big Beautiful Bill" effect mileage deductions available for self-employed folks?

If I am a sole proprietorship, can I file once a year with my personal tax or do I still need to file quarterly?

I need to add new information on this year's taxes, specifically clergy housing allowances. Do I need to request a tax expert who is knowledgeable in this area?

I want to make sure this is filed correctly as I know clergy taxes can be tricky.
