I'm filing my 1099-Q and it keeps saying 'out of balance' regarding gross distribution, earnings and basis. I'm entering the exact numbers on the form, what should I do?

The program rounds to the nearest dollar. Please round the earnings up a dollar or the basis down a dollar to get the numbers to balance and equal the total distribution.
