Did you do that via payroll deduction? It will be on your W-2 if you did and you will just enter your W-2 exactly as it appears. It is probably in your box 12 somewhere.
As xmasbaby0 stated, it is probably listed with a code in Box 12 of your W-2. Some states, however, list it as a separate item in Box 14. Pennsylvania, for example, lists some School Retirement Contributions as PSERS in Box 14. New Jersey also has some similar treatments. You should check both boxes to see if your contributions are in 1 of those 2 boxes and if not, perhaps reaching out to the HR Department where you are employed to request more information.
