Problems populating Forms 8606, 5329, and 1040 - Refund requested

I own 2020 TurboTax Deluxe Desktop.

My wife and I took early total distributions of our Roth IRAs for a first-time home purchase and to pay some of our medical bills and I am having problems populating Forms 8606, 5329, and 1040.

I have tried the workaround at https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/accessing/help/where-do-i-find-form-8606/00/25713 and it does not seem to work.

I do not know how to proceed given what appears to be a bug.

     I thought you were going to give up on TurboTax and try other tax prep software.

    Since TT is incapable of doing my taxes correctly, I want a refund.

    @QRFMTOA

    Intuit gives you a 60-day period from purchase to request a refund.

    You might? find a sympathetic Customer Support person if you ask for a refund.

    A 2020 tax return has to be mailed now.

    You can override the amounts on form 5329 and 8606 if you understand the calculation needed for your situation.

    For example, be careful to not include your own contributions on  5329 Line 1.
