I can't open my 2024 return because of the move to window 11

Have you received any error messages? If so, could you send us a screenshot of the error message?

To open your tax year 2024 return, you must have access to .tt24 files. Make sure those files are still saved on your computer. If you have lost those files, you will be unable to open any tax returns for this particular year.
