I will never use your service again this is the second year I have had an issue with my taxes, and for good measure the "supervisor" started the conversation by attacking me, blaming me for the issue, insulted me, talked over me, asked questions he would not allow me to answer, finally asking me what he could do to resolve the situation and hung up on me when I tried to answer. I will never use your company again. I do customer service for a living and I would be fired if I spoke to a customer in that manner. I am putting your company on blast. I paid $88 for the convinience since you already had my info. Only to have my return delayed by 3 weeks I even inputted all the information myself.

 

Long answer short, I did the work, your system (again) had a hiccup. So I am waiting another three weeks for my return.

 

No one within my earshot will ever file with you again.
