Cant download multiple documents from raymond james

For my first document, I entered my account number and document number.  Then, when I tried to download another RJ account I have, it just connects me to RJ and downloads the same doc over and over.  10 calls to turbo tax did not come close to helping.  About to jump to H

This sounds like a possible issue with Raymond James. Have you reached out to them for assistance?

    fixed!  no thanks to the INTUIT help line.  I was clicking the raymond james icon.  While that worked the first time, it didn't work the second time.  I had to re-search for raymond james and select it.  Then it worked.  UGH
