  • Select Help: Click the question mark or Expert Help menu item.
  • Prompt the system: Type "Talk to a specialist" or enter your specific tax question.
  • Upgrade if needed: If you are using a basic free tier without live features, you will be prompted to upgrade to an expert-assisted product.

you should also compare your 2024 and 2025 returns line-by-line. generally, this can be due to more income. lower deductions, lower withholding or lower tax credits. Just looking at your 2025 return won’t help, because all a person could tell you is that withholding and tax credits were not enough to cover your tax liability without being able to tell you what changed from 2024

Agreeing with my colleagues ( @DoninGA  and @Mike9241  ) for their answers and how to proceed  forward, I am just wondering about the contents of the letter you received  from the IRS --- what letter did you get and  what  reason did it give ?
