Where to enter info from a 1099-R about HSA

Go to Deductions & Credits->Medical->1099-SA, HSA, MSA, and say that you have an HSA (you have to to get to the 1099-SA entry section).

Almost immediately, TurboTax will ask you if you used your Health Savings Account to pay for anything in 2025. Answer YES and you will be given the opportunity to enter your 1099-SA.
