My child is a dependent (qualifying relative) over 26 years old, she made less than $4000 in 2025. I support her and she is on my application for health care for 2025. Do we BOTH need to file tax return with the 1095-A info? Or just me?

No. You both do not need to file. Since she is your dependent, you must include Form 8962 using the information from Form 1095-A to reconcile the premium tax credit.

Your daughter is not required to file a tax return. However, if there was Federal withholding from her $4,000, she might want to file a simple return just to get that money back as a refund. Even then, she is still your dependent, so you would be the one reporting the 1095-A.
