Keep getting asked to fill(complete) 8889-T

I accidentally added FSA account and then removed it. But keep getting pinged on review.

Form 8889 is the form that reports on HSAs and MSAs. If you have a code "W" in box 12 of your W-2, then the 8889 is supposed to be there.

However, if you don't, then you can delete form 8889 by doing the following.

Delete the 8889 form and related forms. Do this by going to My Account (at the top), click on Tools, then on Delete a Form.

Delete any "Form 1099-SA" you see, as well as any "Form 8889-T" and "Form 8889-S".
