I never received an email explaining why. How do we have that resent?
The refund advance program is run through First Century Bank, a partner site, and they are responsible for determining if you qualify. I don't have a way to contact them because they never sent an email with their contact information. Do you have their phone number?
You can call toll-free at (888) 285-4169.
Here's a help article that will provide more information.

The email you received should have included the reason why you were not approved. Your approval is based on the size of your federal refund and your tax information, along with other factors. You may not receive the Refund Advance if one of these factors doesn’t meet the qualifying standards of the lender.
