Why haven’t I gotten my return yet?

I filed on the 8th and I still haven’t gotten it. I tried to go to the find my refund page but it said that my information wasn’t consistent with an account.

Don't worry. This could mean the IRS's website hasn't updated since you filed your return. If you get the message "We cannot provide any information about your refund", that doesn't mean something's wrong. Please see this FAQ for more information regarding the Where's my refund message.
