When contacting Customer Care, do not choose option 2 as directed, it will repeat a few times then you will get more options to reach a person.

It has been over a MONTH!!!! I NEED MY CARD TO FEED MY CHILDREN. WE HAVE NO FOOD IN THE HOUSE. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I NEED TO BE CONTACTED ASAP!!!!

This will be the third time that I ordered the card. I verified my address and info. This is not right
