If you are referring to messages inside your account then try this:
Log into your account, and in the upper right corner click the red box that says Expert Help. Click on the Expert Advice button, then in the window that appears, look for "my contact history". Click that, and in the message(s) that appear, click on each one, and you should see each message.
Ugh.... I been at my taxes for too long... As suggested, clicked on the red box, then hit contact history... it was just appointments etc.. nothing like the answers to two specific questions I had asked...

You posted to a thread that is several months old so the instructions may no longer be valid ... what are YOU trying to do ?
And This is a new forum layout. Some posts that have June 2019 dates are really older posts from the old forum that got moved over. So they might be for prior years and not current info. When they migrated over the dates got changed to June 2019. And the screen shots got deleted.

Same here, but I don't thinks its real because there is nowhere to receive messages in turbo tax. I 've been all over my account and do not see an inbox for messages.
Received the same text message. Called Turbo tax to confirm it is valid. The representative says it is and to continue checking your email inbox and that it means an update from IRS would be sent shortly. I have yet to receive an email though.
There was an email that went out to some customers on 3/25. If you received a text (SMS) from TurboTax, you should check your personal email inbox to see if you received one. Check your spam/junk folder as well. If you didn't receive an email, you can disregard the text.

@Reba1045, as @SForrestLO states above if you cannot find an email you can disregard the message.
That's unfortunately not the problem I'm facing. My message said the tax expert had sent some next steps to me after our call, but can't find them anywhere

This is NOT helpful! The steps you mentioned require opening your tax return or continuing it. My expert keeps trying to message me AFTER it was filed and accepted. There is literally no way for me to see her messages.
