I want the live help, but I print my taxes and mail it so I don't want it deducted. How do I use a credit card?

When you go through the File tab you enter your credit card.  Did you already say to have it deducted?

I want  'live help', where is the person to text with me personally?  I do NOT want this fee deducted from my taxes.  I want to pay turbo separate from my taxes.  I want to Print and paper file my taxes.  

What is talk live, I thought it was texting online, not posting to public sites.  I would never pay for just emails back and forth on a public site.

You want to pay MORE just for live help to pay your TT fees instead of using the refund processing service?

TurboTax "Live" is an extra fee.

Really--all you need to do is go through the FILE section--you do not have to choose to have your fees deducted from your refund.  Just pay TurboTax fees upfront using a debit/credit card.  Just pay attention to the prompts and do what it says to pay TurboTax.

 

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS received the return.

There is no Chat line.  There is this public user to user message forum where you post back and forth.  Didn't the answer I posted above work for you?
