If you tell us the content of the IRS letter we might be able to help you. 

What type of IRS letter?  There may be a CP or LTR number in the right corner that classifies the type of letter.  Folks might make suggestions here in the forum once they know what the IRS is asking of you.   This is a public Internet forum, so don't post any personal info here.  Also see this FAQ which has info on the various types of IRS letters:

         This is a user community forum--not a direct route to the folks at TurboTax Support, so we people don't know what product you used.  By "helped" do you mean you used a TurboTax LIVE product, for instance, which has live help on-demand from a tax expert during return preparation and a review of the return prior to filing?  If so, the Audit Support Center should be able to help you connect to a tax expert.
