When you e-file your federal return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first one will say that your return was submitted. The second email will tell you if your federal return was accepted or rejected. If you e-filed a state return, there will be a third email to tell you if the state accepted or rejected your state return.
First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:

If the IRS accepted it, what does it say here?
https://www.irs.gov/refunds Or does your account say “Ready to Mail?”
I filed on the 31 and by the first both federal and state were accepted but I still haven't received my acknowledgement letter from the IRS
As long as the IRS Where's My Refund? site is showing "Accepted" you are ok.
Please see the TurboTax help topics below, for additional information:
My return got accepted. What happens next?
When will I get my IRS tax refund?
Same here, I filed the same day and that same exact day they told me it was accepted by both state and federal. and I haven’t received my confirmation email either.
Yeah I filed 1/30/20 they both were accepted the same day but I can’t even track it on the irs refund site.
Are you entering the correct data on the WMR site?
Once your return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS.
To track your Federal refund: Enter the amount of your Federal return only.
To track your state refund:

Yes I entered my information correctly and it keep saying check again in 24hrs and it’s been longer than that already & still not popping up.
This is normal. It can take anywhere from a few hours to 3 weeks to update. Until the IRS starts processing it on their own, you may not find record of it or the website may say that you have put in incorrect information when tracking your federal refund. As your return moves through the system, the status of it will be updated accordingly. Continue checking the Where’s My Federal Refund? tool for updates. Updates are made daily, usually overnight. You may also download the IRS2Go app to check your Federal refund status.

I efiled federal and state return on Feb 10th 2020 never have recieved comformation they were recieved and irs or state has no record of my efile when I look on turbo tax site efile status says UNKNOW DO I NEED TO REFILE
No you do not need to refile at this time. It may take longer than the usual 24-48 hours in some cases for your return to get accepted. See this FAQ regarding What does pending mean?
I filed on feb 10 2020 no acceptance email after reading all post looks like yall are holding people's taxes
Very frustrated everyone else I know used hrblock got email within couple hours
I filled on the 7th of feb and it's now the 20th still no email from the IRS and when I check the where's my refund it has no info for me
Was your return Accepted? First double check your efile status here
https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/
When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.
Then only the IRS can tell you. IRS Where's my refund https://www.irs.gov/refunds/
Make sure you are using the refund amount from your actual federal tax return and not the combined amount Turbo Tax showed you at the end. That was for federal and state combined.
When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc. what does it say?
So I filed on February 4th, I got an email stating that it was in progress, but when I checked the e-file status the next day, it says they were both accepted that day. However I never got an email about it becoming accepted. It is now the 21st, so a little over 2 weeks and I still never got an email about them being accepted even though they both (Federal & State) say that they have been accepted.
I tried looking up my refund status on the IRS tool and it claims I need to wait 24 hours after it has been accepted. Normally I would not worry about getting my tax refund, however I need to know what's going on this time. I have normally been notified early on. I'm not sure what is going on this time, because everyone else that I know got an email immediately when they went through H&R Block.
I haven't received a confirmation email from the IRS what's going on

Tax returns can disappear from WMR while they are being processed.

Why is there no record of my return at Where's My Refund ...
I filed my taxes on January 30th and have it received my taxes yet what is going on they was accepted federal and state
For a status update on your Federal, please try calling the WMR automated hotline: 1-800-829-1954 or visit the IRS website.
For a status update on your State, use this link to click on your state of residence, a contact number will be available for you to contact your local DOR with questions: How do I track my state refund?
I filed on feb 7th. I first got an email saying it was rejected then I fixed it and everything was good, but my fed has said processing forever. What am I doing wrong
The IRS issues most refunds in about 21 days, although some returns take more time to review. If your return has been accepted, you can begin tracking the status of your return using the Where's My Refund? site. If it's been more than 21 days since your return was accepted, you can call the IRS directly to check on your refund status. For more information about the status of your refund, please see the FAQ below:
