I do not owe Federal or state taxes. My returns are complete and are good to go, but I am unsure if I will have the Turbotax fee of $208 tofile by Oct. 31st at 9:00 PST.

Do I have options? I might possibly have the funds in two to three days.

Did you use the LIVE service?  If not you can try to remove it.

Sorry---you cannot e-file or print your return to file by mail until you have paid your TurboTax fees.   If you are unable to pay your fees, then you can pay and file by mail at a later time.   There is no penalty for filing a return past the deadline if you do not owe tax due.   E-filing will close permanently after 10-31.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.

Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses.  Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.

Or you can buy the Deluxe Desktop program for a lot less and print and mail your returns.   You can move your Online file to the Desktop program and continue without paying for Online or needing to reenter your info.
