I did not receive full refund

I have used Turbo Tax for the last three years to file and have not had any issues until this year. My refund amount was supposed to be $2,648 and I only received $1,123. Where is the rest of my money!? I do not have any offsets at all. I spoke to the customer representative and he said it does not even show I received any money nor any information from me filing in the previous years.  He then transferred me to a higher up representative and she did not help at all. She dismissed my problem and gave me a number to the third party turbo tax uses TPG. I tried calling and I cannot speak to anyone because my ssn is not found in their system.  This is absolutely ridiculous, I do not know who to contact anymore for my money. After this I will never use TurboTax again since they just stole my money.

It would be necessary to continue to try contacting TPG for additional information. Please see this website for contact information: TPG. There is also a blue "Submit a request" button where you can provide your information and describe the issue.

You guys couldn’t diagnose why my refund had been reduced in private. You guys just stole my money. I have submitted a request to TPG and still no response. I don’t see why it is their responsibility to figure out what happened to my money when I filed with TurboTax. TurboTax should know what happened. I entrusted this company with my information just for my money to be taken away with no explanation why.
