I am trying to print out my return so I can mail it in. but the forms are blank, none of my information has been populated. How do I fix this?

It sounds like you are in the wrong account.

 

  You have to access your own account and/or  print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

There may be an issue with your PDF program. Please make sure you have the most recent version of Adobe. Get the latest version, https://get.adobe.com/reader   

 

One user said…… I tried from my laptop, phone, tried saving them in different formats, etc. Nothing worked. That is until I put a new ink cartridge in my printer. I wasn't out of black ink, in fact it wasn't even showing as low.


And another user said….. when you print click the advanced button in the print screen and select print as an image then it worked.
