You can verify your banking information by reviewing your printed tax return and confirming the bank information you provided. This will be found on your Form 1040 under the Refund section (Lines 21a and 21b).

Please see the below TurboTax FAQ to print/view a copy of your 2019 return:

If you have filed a 2019 tax return and need to change or add your direct deposit information, see this IRS website - https://www.irs.gov/newsroom/economic-impact-payments-what-you-need-to-know
The IRS does not have my direct deposit information. What can I do?
In the coming weeks, Treasury plans to develop a web-based portal for individuals to provide their banking information to the IRS online, so that individuals can receive payments immediately as opposed to checks in the mail.

Go here for stimulus info:  https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/economic-impact-payments

This FAQ site may also answer your questions.

https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/economic-impact-payment-information-center

You can also look up your return in TurboTax and see what account is on your return.

To access your current or prior year tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

See this TurboTax support FAQ for accessing prior year online tax returns - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/prior-year-return/help/how-do-i-access-my-prior-year-return/01/270...

If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created.  TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.

I no longer have the bank account I last used on my files. And my stimulus check is going to that account and I need it mailed so I need to see what account I had so I can contact the back

If you no longer have the bank account, your direct deposit will be rejected.  The IRS will then issue you a paper check that will be mailed to the address on file based upon your last tax return.

When I do that, I just get a bunch of xxx's instead of the account.  I am trying to find out if I had it come out of savings or checking.

Look at your Federal Information Worksheet Part V for the bank routing and account numbers.

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.

This will take you back to the 2019 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets

If you are referring to the credit/debit card you are using to purchase TurboTax products on your TurboTax account, then you will need to sign onto the account to check the billing information - https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/unified/downloads?route=myaccounts&cgcview=billing

How to check my bank account information

If you have already filed your tax return, you can follow the instructions in the TurboTax FAQ below, to review your bank information:

How do I review the federal refund method I chose after filing with TurboTax Online?

If you have not filed yet, to review your bank information:

  • Make sure you are signed into your account and you are in your return by going to Tax Home on the left hand side.
  • Click on File. This is located on the left hand side of your screen.
  • If you have already set up your refund option, you will see the option to revisit.
  • In Step 2 You will see how you chose to receive your refund.
  • If you have not inputted your bank account information, you can do so by revisiting Step 2.
