I filed a complaint today with the BBB against the bank that TT uses to collect fees. Unfortunately because of my experience with this bank I will no longer be doing business with TT - while TT has been good to work with SBTPG has been awful - their customer service agents are rude and most of them can’t give you any details or the information changes from person to person. They are holding refunds when their website clearly states they do not do that - clients are receiving refunds on time and they even hung up on me twice. Sorry TT but I think you should find a new bank to business with.

What is the TurboTax phone number? - Intuit
IRS sent my refund on Feb 24. IRS told me the refund should be funded to Barbara bank on Mar 1. When I tracked on tpg.com it said Unfunded*!?? . No live agent from the bank to assist my questions.
TurboTax said they can’t do anything with the bank about my refund!!!? I worked with TurboTax, but now they do nothing to help!! Please consider before using TurboTax for your tax refund!!!
I checked and still Unfunded even the refund was sent out on Feb 24 by IRS.

Hello did you ever get your refund my refund was from last year as well I have a 846 for 5 18 22 it suppose to go to Santa Barbara bank to have fees taken out
