Can I send in my tax return for 2016 now?

    Using TurboTax you can e-file the 2016 tax return through October 16, 2017.  The 2016 tax return can be printed and mailed at any time.

    Did you print it out?  It should say on the instruction page or look it up here……

    When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS received the return.

    You have to print and mail prior year returns. Do you need to prepare a 2016 return?
