If you have already submitted your tax return and the IRS has accepted it there is no way to change your refund method or direct deposit information. Once the IRS submits your direct deposit and it is rejected for the wrong routing number the IRS will mail you a refund check to the address on your return.

So if this is the case, will the IRS send the check to my address automatically? I do not have apply for anything correct?
How long will it take if my account number is wrong for the IRS to send my check to me
According to the IRS, it can take up to an additional 2 weeks to receive your paper check. Please refer to the IRS FAQ below.

Assuming that you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.
For the status of your tax refund you will need to contact the third party processor, Santa Barbara Tax Product Group, using their website - https://www.sbtpg.com/
Tax Products Group Contact Information - https://help.sbtpg.com/hc/en-us/articles/230084587-Contact-Information
Be sure to contact the third party processor, Santa Barbara Tax Product Group, as they may be able to adjust the routing number. If not, they will explain the next steps. .

Go to this IRS website for information -https://www.irs.gov/payments/pay-taxes-by-electronic-funds-withdrawal
Once your payment is cancelled you can use the IRS payment website with Direct Pay to pay the federal taxes owed - https://www.irs.gov/payments
For the state payment you will need to access your state's tax authority website for how to cancel the payment and pay by Direct Debit for the state taxes owed.
So, they will just know that that's not my bank account? Then send me a check in the mail? I need to verify
@roscoe99 Yes, if you entered a incorrect routing number for your bank. Please see the IRS information below: IRS Refund Inquiries 18

What if I entered the wrong bank account for direct deposit?
@Chelsi54 If you have not yet filed then you can go back and edit your banking information; however if you have already filed and the return has been accepted then it is too late. The following FAQ provides further details: Can I edit my banking information? The steps to change the account when allowable are listed here.
