First Century Bank is falsifying my information when it comes to approving/denying my refund advance loan. Being that I’m extremely technical; The letter they sent me says I owe the irs a debt….I don’t I’ve checked with them previously 3 times! I owe NYS taxes from UI but they already deducted it from my refund(which I’m still getting over $1000 after the deduction)so I’m really confused as to how they got my federal and state mixed up…but it’s falsifying my information and that is illegal. I asked the lady on the phone how was my refund denied on 1/23 when my FEDERAL return wasn’t accepted until 1/24??? Anyone have an answer for this?
No, I don't have an answer for you since First Century Bank makes those determinations. You will need to refer back to them for additional information on this matter.
@KatrinaLO I did, and at this point I believe all 4 companies are full of **bleep**! I just want my money back; I don’t even want to use this stupid ass service any longer, wish I hadn’t in the first place.
At this point, it would be best to reach out to TurboTax customer support if you are wanting a refund.
