Federal Return Still Pending

I transmitted my tax returns on April 27, 2020 but the TurboTax status checker says that my return is still pending. I already received my state return, but the federal return has not yet been accepted. I followed the link for "Where's my refund?" to check with the IRS, but the IRS is unable to find any refund associated with my social security. Do I need to resubmit my taxes or do something else to ensure that my federal return goes through properly?

If you e-filed, it would have been impossible to e-file your state return unless your federal return was e-filed successfully and accepted.  Perhaps you are using the wrong information on the IRS refund site.

Sometimes people get confused by the “summary” given by TurboTax and use the wrong amount for the federal refund.  Make sure you are only using the federal refund amount, and not an amount that combined your federal and state refunds.

Your federal refund amount is on line 20 of your Form 1040

I sent my state tax return in the mail, but e-filed my federal return. I entered in the refund amount on line 20 of the 1040 form, but the IRS refund site cannot find any taxes under my information. I double checked all the information and it is correct. Is it possible that the IRS accepted my return and TurboTax just hasn't updated?
