Downloading second state in TurboTax 2017: Internal server error
I filed 2017 taxes with the software (not online) version of TurboTax Home & Business, with two states (Maryland and Virginia).
I'm need to amend my return, but I'm on a different computer, so I have re-installed TurboTax 2017 from scratch (it's a new MacBook that has never had any version of TurboTax on it).
When I click "Purchase State" in TurboTax, I get an error: '{"message": "Internal server error"}'.
How do I re-download the second state?
