Change direct deposit information

If you have already filed your tax return, and it has been accepted, it's too late to change the direct deposit information. If your bank rejects the deposit, the IRS will mail a check to you.

If you have not filed yet, click the File tab and go through the filing section again. It will show you the direct deposit information that you entered, and there will be a button to let you change it.
