You have to access your own account and/or  print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

I have my AGI from 2019, reading it right off my printed Turbo Tax Form 1040, $98,098.    IRS is rejecting my e-file because that is not what they have in their file. That's the AGI amount that was filed. Now what ??

The IRS is behind in processing enough that it's entirely possible that your 2019 AGI didn't get into the database in time.

Try using 0 for your AGI to see if that will work.  This resolves the problem the majority of the time.  If it still doesn't work you could try checking your transcript with the IRS to see if for some reason that number differs.  You can get your transcript here:  View your IRS Tax Account.  There are a variety of transcripts available once you create an account and login and a tool to help guide you to the best one.  You will be looking for your 2019 Tax Return Transcript.
