Yes, when you e-file If you're e-filing and you owe, we give you the option to print after your return has been accepted. After acceptance, simply open your return and follow the on-screen instructions to print it out.

And, the same would apply for your state return. You could always print the return at a later time or go to your State Department of Revenue website and either print out the form or make your payment.
