If you need the actual official W-2, the easiest and fastest way is to ask your employer or human resources for a copy.
TurboTax
doesn't have a copy of the W-2 as it was presented to you. It has the info you entered (or imported) from your W-2 on a
worksheet called "Form W-2 Wage and Tax Statement", which looks similar to a W-2, but is user-entered (or imported.) Did you use Online TurboTax
(website) or desktop version (CD/download)? Are you able to get a copy
of your return with the worksheets?
Wage and Income transcripts are free from the IRS. They are not actual W-2s but have all the W-2 info for the Federal side (not State).

For a fee, you can get copies of your W-2 from the Social Security office.
A copy of your Fed return from the IRS costs $50 and includes a W-2.
