Bug on my account submitting 2019 amended return

Unable to file both state and federal returns. TurboTax online says that I can't file my Federal because Direct Deposit was selected, but we are unable to go back and select Pay by Check. Already had a phone conversation a couple of weeks ago. Need assistance for someone to fix my account.

It's not clear what you did or are trying to do. An amended return is form 1040X and it must be mailed to the IRS. The IRS never sends a direct deposit for an amended return so direct deposit cannot be showing on the 1040X because there is no place to enter it.  Can you explain in more detail?

The problem is that there is a bug with the online software. But its hard to explain since it's a process. The person who tried to help me walked me through the screens but had no clue as to what was going on. We closed it at the time for me to find if I needed to enter more information. But even weeks later the is a bug in the software.
