Will TurboTax file everything the same day?

The tax returns are e-filed whenever you complete the File section of the program and click on the Transmit Returns Now button.  You would receive an email from TurboTax acknowledging the transmission of the tax returns.  You would receive a second email from TurboTax when the IRS or your State either accept or reject the tax return.
