My state return has not been refunded to me and it was accepted and done electronically almost a month ago

Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities, There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals. Some states process returns quickly and some are very slow.

only the state can answer your question since TurboTax receives no additional information once your return is accepted. Call the state department of revenue
