It's not clear what you are referring to and where. I'll go ahead and take a guess in the interest of time. If this isn't it, then you'll need to describe your issue in more detail. But don't post any personal info in this public Internet forum.

Are you referring to the IRS refund tracker when you try to look up the status of your Federal refund?

Did you efile, and was your efiled return accepted? If so, be sure you have waited at least 24 hours after your efile was accepted before using the tracker. It takes it a while to update. If you mailed a paper return, it can take 4 weeks just to show up in that tool.

Be sure you select the correct tax year, filing status, SSN, and the refund amount shown on your Federal Form 1040, Line 35a.
