This is the first posting I see for you in this user community forum--at least under that display name.

No one can know what exact date a refund will arrive. There are too many variables, including the receiving bank's processing procedures. First, the IRS has to approve and then actually send it. What happens next depends on whether any third-party bank is involved, such as if you chose to pay any product fees out of your refund, or the "Up to 5 days early" offer, or a Refund Advance, or if you chose to receive the refund in a Credit Karma account. Here's how you can start investigating:

If you efiled successfully, and if the efile was accepted, what is showing at the IRS "Where's My Refund" tracker tool? Does it say the refund has been approved and sent? If so, how long has it been? Is there any additional message there?

That IRS tool normally has 3 stages:

Return received and is being processed.

Refund approved.

Refund sent and an expected deposit date. (The IRS says allow up to 5 days.)

And did you use any of those options I mentioned above that involve a third-party intermediary bank? If so, which options?
