Here's how to start investigating.

What do you see at the IRS "Where's My Refund" tracker tool when you select tax year 2024 and enter the filing status, SSN, and the refund amount shown on your 2024 Form 1040, Line 35a?

If you can't find info about it in that tool at the IRS, check to see if you successfully filed. if you used Online TurboTax, you can go to your account and at the Tax Home, scroll down to the section "Your Tax Returns & Documents". Choose tax year 2024. If you efiled, it should say "accepted" if successful. Does it show as accepted, rejected, printed, started, etc.?
