In TurboTax, there is a form called "Charitable Contributions Summary", "Charitable Organization Worksheet," "Additional Information-Charitable Contribution," and Form 8283: Noncash Charitable Contributions.

And how do you get to the Forms in TurboTax.

Only the Desktop installed program has the Forms Mode. For Online you can print or download the pdf with all the worksheets.

Log back in your TurboTax account and "add a state" to open the return back up (you are not really adding a state, just to open it back up), then

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.

Then click on Print Center.

Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return. Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets

Using desktop TurboTax 2021 Premium:

Select Forms instead of Step-by-step
On left side, near the top, select "Open Form" icon/button
Type "charitable" as form name
Choose "Charitable Contributions Summary"
Party On!
