Please see the following options for activating your Turbo Visa Debit Card:

You can activate it online, by visiting TurboDebitCard.com. On the main page, you will see a blue Activate Card button, click on that and you'll be prompted to enter your card information;

You can also activate it on the phone by calling 888) 285-4169;

To activate the card using the Turbo Debit Visa Card app:

  • Once you have the app open please make sure you are not logged into any account 
  • Click get started
  • You will be prompted to activate the card

My card won’t active on website and I had it for over 2 weeks. Also I tried calling customer service and can’t get ahold of anybody and the automated system keeps hanging up on me. Can some one call and get this card activated please?
