Why is TurboTax Desktop for Mac having issues after I upgraded to macOS 27?

Some TurboTax Desktop for Mac customers may run into problems after upgrading to macOS 27 (GoldenGate). We’re working on a fix. In the meantime, here’s what you can try.
TurboTax is stuck in Forms mode
Quit TurboTax.
Open TurboTax again. You’ll return to the EasyStep interview.
TurboTax stops responding when I print
Save your return as a PDF, then print it from the PDF.
Press Command + Spacebar to open Search.
Search for Activity Monitor, then open it. You can also find it in the Utilities folder inside Applications.
Find TurboTax in the list and select it.
Select X at the top of Activity Monitor, then select Force Quit.
Open TurboTax again.
Go to the File menu and select the option to save your return as a PDF.
Open the saved PDF and print your return from there.
