- If you use a firewall, make sure pf.intuit.com has access.
- Turn off any ad blockers.
- Ensure you're not using incognito or privacy mode.
- Ensure you're using a standard browser such as Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox, and adjust your cookie and pop-up settings for your browser:
- When creating a new TurboTax account, use an email address that isn't already linked to another TurboTax account.
