I just got a 1099 G/INT form in the mail and came back to TurboTax since it said I couldn't submit until at least 1/21. I wanted to add it, but couldn't find the place to do so. Now, any time I try to access anything, either by app or computer, it just loads a page that says, "undefined." What do I do? I already paid... is something wrong?

I tried that, which didn’t work... but I did do some snooping around while on a call with support. I clicked on something in the sidebar that I thought was unrelated (I forget what, but it was below the other options) and managed to get back in. Thanks though!
Hello! I'm also in the same situation. Whenever I sign in, if I try to go anywhere, it says undefined, and signs me out. I've tried clearing my cache and deleting cookies. Any other ideas?

Here is how I troubleshot the issue:
1. In the sidebar on the left select "Intuit Account"
2. Select Products & Billing
3. Select TurboTax (It will say Turbo Tax Online to the left)
4. Select "Go To My TurboTax"
This should offset it and allow you to move freely through the features.
I don’t understand what you meant by sidebar? I’m not seeing one here on the intuit website. There’s header though. I’m getting the undefined errors now for my state taxes and I’m using my iPad.
@95mainer Are you on a web browser or the app on your iPad?
You're a genius! That worked (Sidebar Solution)!
After spending almost 45 minutes with so-called TurboTax Specialists who knew nothing, and who all kept parroting the same non-solutions, I found your post and...viola!, fixed.
Special Note To TurboTax: After wasting time with four different "Specialists," I asked to speak with a manager. He came on completely clueless as to my problem, took on an attitude and talked down to me after all I the hassle I had just been through. I wanted to tell him to go f*ck himself, but decided to hang up on his stupid, rude ass, instead. Really super customer service you got here TurboGuys.
