Why cant I access temporary debt card via email as promised but email says the 2000.00 refund advance is there

We have all done this but not working

same.says my card number exp date cvv zip not working

I have called them instead of helping they made matters worse by closing the temporary card and saying I have to wait 10 or more business days until my permanent card comes in the mail. So much for advance. I don't even have access to the "where's my card link"
