These support are not really working really. Its just a waste of time. I wasted 2 hours on the tech support call and ultimately they advised me to fill everything manually.
I need a refund so I can download the desktop version and import my previous years return tt23 file.
Are you using TurboTax Online? If so, you don't pay until you Efile. If you tried to Efile (and paid), but can't get your return Accepted, Contact TurboTax Support and use 'Billing' in the phone menu options for a refund.
