What does it mean when I try to e-file and I get the message "our records indicate that you are not entitled to e-file one or more formsets"?

I have a simple tax return with nothing special. I can't figure out why it won't go through.

This message normally appears when you have a form that is not finalized for Efiling. However, it could be related to your State return.

Try deleting your state and stepping through the interview again to re-populate it. I imagine you have passed both reviews? Here's How to Delete a State in TurboTax Desktop.
