How is it that a company which supplies much of the tax software for Americans has no information on its website concerning how to contact the company with complaints or questions? It would have been nice to know that the 2023/2024 Turbo Tax software would not load onto a computer with Windows 7 before I approved its purchase. I have used Turbo Tax for more than 20 years, have been subscribed for annual software delivery, and will now be looking to find a different way to complete my taxes. Apparently, the company does not think that customer service is important and that Windows 7 users are knuckle-dragging neanderthals that don't deserve any notice of a change in operating system compatibility. In fact and for your information Intuit, most Windows 7 users have not upgraded because it would necessitate the purchase of new desktop computer and learning the nuances of a different Windows operating system, or because they are unhappy with the way that Windows 10 and Windows 11 requires information sharing with Microsoft.
Windows 7? What did you use the last several years? I had to use Windows 8.1 then last year had to use Windows 10.
