When I open the file and when I try to update it manually or automatic, I receive the following error message from TurboTax Updater:
"TurboTax 2022 has encountered a problem. we are sorry for the inconvenience"
After spending 2 hours on the phone with their support team, reinstalling it 3 times, disabling firewalls have not fixed this issue.
Does anyone else have this issue and maybe have solution for this?

I did and spent 2 hours on the phone. Reinstalled TurboTax 3 times but the person had no idea how to fix it. She told me someone from the IT department will call me, I'm waiting...
